What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present in ourselves and our environment, free of judgement. It is an innate quality that we all have, we just need help accessing it.
Scientific studies have shown that practicing Mindfulness has the ability to reduce stress, enhance performance, help us gain insight
and awareness through
observing our own mind, and increase our attention to others’ well-being.
Practices such as Yoga and Guided Meditation can aid us on our path there.
Living mindfully can open a world of possibilities toward increasing our quality of life.
